What’s special about Tampax Pearl Compak?
Tampax Pearl Compak  tampons offer a full size tampon in a small, extendable, plastic applicator.  The applicators come in fun colors that match their absorbency.. All Tampax Pearl Compak applicators have a smooth, rounded tip for comfortable insertion, too.

The absorbent LeakGuard® skirt is a thin absorbent layer of material that helps pull fluid into the tampon. Both the tampon and the skirt work inside your body to help stop leaks before they happen.

Tampax Pearl Compak's wrapper is discreet, purse-resistant, and has a fun colored by absorbency.

What are Tampax Pearl Compak tampons made out of?
They’re made from a combination of cotton and rayon — rayon is a natural cellulose fiber found in trees, and it’s actually been used in tampons for more than 25 years! The overwrap, or covering over the tampon's absorbent material, is a common man-made fabric used in tampons, pads, and wipes.

Can I flush the wrapper and tampon?
We recommend that the wrapper (and the applicator) be disposed of in the trash. But you can flush the tampon. For best results, flush the tampon separately from bath tissue. Frequent flushing is not recommended for septic systems.
